The Legend of Victory Unleashes a Bombshell Regarding the Raef Al-Ruwaili Crisis: "I Saw Him in the Civil Defense"

At a time when everyone thought the case file of Raef Al-Ruwaili had been closed, Yousef Khamis, one of the symbols of Al-Nasr Club, ignited the fire again with provocative statements.

He confirmed that the Al-Orouba goalkeeper is still part of the Civil Defense, which raises questions about the legality of his participation with the team, despite the official rejection of the complaint filed against him.

Yousef Khamis stated on a television screen that he saw Al-Ruwaili officially participating with the Civil Defense team.

Khamis clarified that he retired eight years ago, but attended this year's championship and saw Al-Ruwaili representing the Civil Defense.

Al-Nasr protested after losing to Al-Orouba, asserting that Al-Ruwaili holds a government position, which violates the professional regulations.

The Disciplinary Committee rejected the complaint in March, then it was supported by the Appeals Committee, but Al-Nasr requested the reasons in preparation for escalation.

According to Al-Riyadiyah newspaper, Al-Nasr is preparing to transfer the case to the Sports Arbitration Center after receiving legal responses.

Al-Ruwaili participated in two league matches this season against Al-Nasr and Dhamak, conceding one goal in each match.

Al-Nasr is in third place with 57 points, while Al-Qadisiyah is fifth with 52 points, tied with Al-Ahli but trailing on goal difference.
